Earle, group vice-president of Precision Castparts Corp.’s (NYSE:PCP)
Engineered Industrial Products Group (EIPG), has named Eric LaCoppola president
at Environment One Corporation. Mr. LaCoppola succeeds him in this role as
Mr. Earle’s EIPG-VP role continues to expand in scope with the addition of a
fifth company under his purview.
“Eric is ideally suited for
this position as he brings the world-class experience and vision necessary to
drive this enterprise to even higher levels of growth and performance as the
worldwide need for environmental products and services in the water and power
sectors continues to grow,” said Mr. Earle.
Mr. LaCoppola brings over 20
years of extensive experience in technical and operational roles in the
manufacturing sector. During the last 15 years of steady growth, he has been
instrumental in managing day-to-day operations of the Environment One (E/One)
Sewer Systems Business. Mr. LaCoppola has implemented Lean Manufacturing
principles to deliver high quality products from a flexible, cross-trained work
force. He was also on point in overseeing the factory design for product flow
and implementation of capital expenditures surrounding the multi-million dollar
expansion in 2003. As Sewer Systems VP he has further strengthened ties
with E/One’s domestic and international distribution partners and is focused on
building the brand leadership that E/One is known for in the wastewater management
market.
After joining E/One's Sewer
Systems Business in 1998 as a manufacturing engineer, Mr. LaCoppola worked in
various operations roles including vice president of Operations. He has served
as vice president of E/One’s Sewer Systems Business since 2011. His
previous experience includes operations management and product engineering in
both domestic and international roles at DuPont. He holds a BSME from
Clarkson University and an MBA from Sage Graduate School.
